Paikalla oli puolueväkeä, työntekijöitä kaikilta aloilta, opiskelijoita ja nuorisoa.
Puheissa painotettiin sitä, että Kim Jong Un'in uudenvuodenpuhe on tärkeä ohjenuora ja luo optimismia ja uskoa vallankumouksellisen Juche-aatteen lopulliseen voittoon osoittamalla tien siihen.
Puhujat vetosivat kaikkiin virkamiehiin, puoluejäseniin ja työtätekeviin ihmisiin, jotta nämä voimistaisivat ponnistuksiaan maan talouden riippumattomuuden ja Juche-luonteen kasvattamiseksi ja kansan elintason kohottamiseksi niin kuin Korean Työväenpuolueen keskuskomitean strategiassa on asetettu tavoitteeksi.
He painottivat jatkuvien innovaatioiden ja kehityksen tekemisen tärkeyttä yhä tiiviimmässä yhteistyössä puolueen kanssa kunnes vallankumouksessa on saavutettu lopullinen voitto.

More Pledge-making Rallies Held
Rallies took place in Kangwon, North and South Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces and Rason City to vow to carry out the tasks set forth by respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address.
Present there were officials of local party and power organs, working people's organizations, industrial establishments, farms, universities and other units and working people, youth and students.
The reporters and speakers there said that the Supreme Leader's New Year Address is the important guidelines enhancing optimism and faith in the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche and indicating the bright path to it and a militant banner encouraging the army and people to the grand Mallima advance.
They appealed to all the officials, party members and other working people to speed up the drive for strengthening the independence and Juche character of the national economy and improving the people's standard of living as required by the revolutionary counteraction strategy set forth at the 2nd Plenary Session of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
They stressed the need to make uninterrupted innovations and progress, rallied closer around the Party until the final victory of the revolution is won by carrying forward the tradition of the heroic struggle and collective innovation established in the course of state-building and development of Juche Korea.
At the end of the meetings there were mass demonstrations.
